Framboise Hibiscus Lambicus

Framboise Hibiscus Lambicus

Framboise Hibiscus Lambicus, Timmermans Brewery
Description

Authentic raspberry lambic. A nice balance between the fruity notes of the raspberries and the subtle acidity of a young lambic of the world’s oldest lambic brewery. After one year of maturation of the lambic in oak barrels, 100% natural raspberry juice is added to lambic. The beer turns a delicate pink shade that is sure to delight you.

The Russets

The Russets

The Russets, Snow Capped Cider
Description

A blend of Russeted apples: Roxburry Russet, Golden Russet, and Egremont Russet. Russeted apples have a long history in cider making with their non-conventional appearance having no bearing on performance. They are work horses and often used for blending. We have carefully selected and blended three of our favorite Russets. The nose will speak deeply of honey, spice and warm pie out of the oven, a crisp balanced acid flow over the palate giving way to earthy notes and a lasting finish.

Andechser Doppelbock Dunkel

Andechser Doppelbock Dunkel

Andechser Doppelbock Dunkel, Kloster Andechs
Description

The world-famous Bockbier from the Holy Mountain in Bavaria wants to be savored rather than downed. Its color reminiscent of dark copper with hints of fiery red. Its bright, clear appearance harmonizes with a firm, fine-pored foam.
Soft roasted notes and a touch of dried fruit accompany an accentuated caramel aroma. The taste is unmistakable: Full-bodied and velvety, strong but with a pleasant malt aroma – powerful and lusty. It has a readily discernible sweetness accompanied by roasted cocoa notes and a slight hop bitterness.
With a strong finish, it has a lasting semisweet chocolate note. A mighty Doppelbock that lets you savor and enjoy the centuries-old Benedictine brewing tradition one sip at a time.
