Get ready for a weekend filled with pure imagination as South Florida's own Funky Buddha Brewery turns four! In a year filled with milestones, Funky Buddha is celebrating with three-days of events held from Friday, June 2 to Sunday, June 4 at it's Oakland Park, Florida tap room. Each of these events will have something for everyone at a variety of price points:
The Golden Ticket Tasting will be held on Friday, June 2 from 7 to 10pm in Funky Buddha's private event space. This lavish "Food & Beer Festival" style event will feature some of FBB's most celebrated beers (and some new ones, 'natch) paired with upscale dishes like crispy pork belly, braised short rib, and decadent foie gras butter'd waffles. A max of 250 guests will mingle to live music as they walk station to station and enjoy the unlimited offerings. Funky Buddha's tap room will remain open to the public during the event. Full pairing menu and tickets are available here.
Saturday's Beer Factory Bash will be a day-long celebration that is free and open to the public. The bash will debut Funky Buddha's four anniversary beers (one for each year), to be sold on draft and in a special four-pack of 22oz bottles (while supplies last). Throughout the day, FBB will release a number of new beers and old favorites at select times. Expect a collection of South Florida's best food trucks, live music, beer served from FBB's own party van out front and much more. More info on the bash can be found here.
FBB will cap off the weekend with an epic Pure Imagination Brunch on Sunday, June 4 at 11:30am. Try Funky's new anniversary beers and pair them with unlimited grub including everything from beer-cheddar biscuits with red-eye gravy to herb-crusted prime rib - or just camp out near the live action tuna sashimi station and get fresh cut tuna loin for hours: your call! Once again, the tap room will stay open to the public for the duration of the event. Tickets are available on Funky's website.
Note: Each event ticket purchased will allow guests to preorder FBB's anniversary 4-pack, sold only at the brewery and produced with a less than 1000 bottle count for each beer. Complete ticket packages can be viewed at https://funkybuddhabrewery.com/store/events
