Sutter Home Wine and Shmaltz Brewing Co. Settle Lawsuit Regarding Shmaltz MÁNNAge à Trois Variety Pack

Shmaltz Brewing Co. announced that it has amicably resolved its dispute with Sutter Home Wine over the use if  its "MANNAge a Trois" variety beer pack name that Sutter Homes claimed was confusingly similair to its Menage a Trois wine brand that they began using in 1997.

Greg Chanese, marketing director of Shmaltz, confirmed the name change to Hop Orgy and that all marketing and packaing under MANNAge a Trois would cease, and that the trademark dispute has been resoved to both parties "mutual satisfaction".
