Deep Ellum RyePils Returns

Deep Ellum Brewing Company in Dallas, TX is celebrating the return of RyePils, a crisp, clean pilsner that's perfect for the warmer weather ahead.

This beer was an early creation of Deep Ellum's brewers, but the lenghty lagering processes that a pilsner requires were "incredibly taxing" on a brewery so young.

Now that they've grown into one of the most singular breweries in a state full of them, it was time to return the beer to cans.

It releases today, March 15, at the Truckyard, a nearby restaurant.
