I did; I come up with all of our recipes.

How dangerously drinkable it is for a high-ABV beer!
BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
Sumo means big, and this is a big beer! And the Sumatra comes from the coffee we use to finish the beer.
BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
No, I would probably would go for something a little lighter.
