StillFire Brewing Unveils Detonator Doppelbock

StillFire Brewing in Suwanee, Georgia has announced the release of Detonator Doppelbock for its Oktoberfest celebration. Other beers were also announced. Full details are below.

The 2nd beer in our OktoberFest Series Detonator Doppelbock is brewed with Munich malt, German noble hop and clean Bavarian yeast. The extra long lagering period enables the smooth yet complex malt profile to shine with toasted bread crusts, dark fruit, and even a hint of chocolate in both the flavor and aroma. While deliciously malty, Detonator is not sweet, and the smooth alcohol cleanses your palate while warming your beer heart. 9.3% ABV. ON TAP THIS FRIDAY!

Jack D. RIPA is a Double Rye IPA brewed with caramel and honey malts that provide a complex counterpoint to spicy rye while cascade, centennial, chinook and amarilllo hops complement the backbone without overpowering the body. A great beer to finish the evening with! 10% ABV.
