Heavy Seas Beer Unveils Taproom-Only Dark IPA

Heavy Seas Beer in Baltimore, Maryland has announced the limited release of a new taproom-exclusive Dark IPA.

The 8 percent ABV brew clocks in at 75 IBUs and features a scintillating blend of Centennial, Citra, Chinook and Simcoe hops.

Brewed with Blackstrap Molasses in the kettle, chewy malt character with toffee and caramel notes supports layers of American hop mayhem. This Dark IPA is intriguing, complex and incredibly smooth without the roasty, burnt character of a Black IPA.
