Trillium Brewing Co. and Monkish Brewing Collaboration Beer Available Now

Trillium Brewing Co. in Canton, Massachusetts and Monkish Brewing in Torrance, California have collaborated on a champagne-inspired beer that is available now in Trillium's taproom.

Oenobier is an American Wild Ale brewed with various different grape varietals. The full release from Trillium is below.

With New Year's Eve fast approaching we thought we'd drop a friendly reminder about Oenobier - our series of American wild ales aged on different wine grapes to model the drinking experience and flavor profile of champagne. We kicked off this project by collaborating with our friends from Monkish Brewing on Oenobier with Muscat Juice. Celebratory bottles from the cellar are now available for on-site consumption in our Canton taproom if you're looking to get in the bottle popping mood!
