Back East Brewing Co. Announces Rebrand

Back East Brewing Co. in Bloomfield, Connecticut has announced the brewery's first rebrand and can redesign since opening its doors in June 2012.

The brewery's three core beers of Misty Mountain IPA, Back East Ale and Porter will get new can designs.

Bloomfield, CT— Back East Brewing Company is proud to announce its first major rebrand since opening their doors over six years ago in June of 2012. The rebrand features new can designs for the company’s three core beers (see attached picture), including Back East Ale, Misty Mountain IPA and their Porter, a two time GABF medal winner.

The company has also experienced major growth in the past couple of years. Their most recent expansion will see their production capacity almost tripling with the addition of a twenty barrel brewhouse and eight sixty-barrel tanks. Co-founder Edward Fabrycki Jr. notes “When these cans originally came out in early 2013, there was only one other brewery in Connecticut who was putting their beer in cans.  Clearly consumers have shown their preference for canned beer”.  Tap Room & Events Manager Jaime Loomis adds “We’re excited to be introducing fresh designs at the same time we are finishing up our expansion.  We will be able to bring these core beers, plus other styles, to the market in redesigned cans that still boast the same great taste.”

New cans will be shipping into the market and available in the tap room during the month of December 2018.
