Cabarrus Brewing Co. Unveils Three New Brews on Draft

Cabarrus Brewing Co. in Charlotte, North Carolina has announced the release of three new beers on draft in the brewery's taproom.

The first is a Pecan Pie-inspired Brown Ale brewed with actual pecans. Next up is the brewery's take on the lush fruited sours that have become popular with Miami Weisse. Lastly the brewery has debuted a 13.1 percent ABV Imperial Stout called Breakfast in Bed.

Pecan Pie Imperial Brown
This tasty Imperial Brown was brewed with Caramel and Chocolate malts and aged on Roasted South Carolina Pecans. A true dessert beer with a full body that is perfect for the colder months.
7.3% ABV   61 IBU

Breakfast in Bed Imperial Stout
This is an Imperial Oatmeal Stout brewed with loads of maple syrup and aged on local coffee.
13.1% ABV  24.8 IBU

Miami Weisse Fruited Sour
This Berliner Weisse is a tart German Style Wheat Ale brewed with 100% local malts from Epiphany Malt and Carolina Malt Co. and aged on 2 lbs/BBL of pineapple and mango puree from Oregon Fruit. Tart tropical fruits with a crisp clean finish.
