Funky Buddha Brewery Celebrates 5 Year Anniversary

Funky Buddha Brewery in Oakland Park, Florida has announced their fifth anniversary celebration will take place on June 2 and feature a bevy of limited releases, one-off concoctions, live music and food trucks.

Highlighting the bottle releases will be the brewery's fifth anniversary beer called, Five Years On It DIPA, which was described as "a hazy, citrus-forward IPA is brewed with five real fruit juices to represent five incredible years of getting Funky. Orange, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, and lime juices co-mingle with Mosaic and Amarillo hops for a taste that's "alive" with flavor," by the brewery.

The event is free to enter and lasts from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The full release from the brewery is below.

SoFla's own purveyor of Funky brews is celebrating Five Years with an epic, barrel-room blowout!  Enjoy the celebration with an all star lineup of 50+ Funky Buddha draft beers, live music, and yummy grub. Vibe out with tasty tunes from local bands, a killer $5.55 bottle release, and special barrel-aged tappings inside our air-conditioned barrel room. We're bringing back classic funky favorites along with some new brews. This event is free to enter, so come and drop five on it alongside FBB!
