The entire Starr Hill Brewing Team collaborated on this recipe.

BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
A nice little chocolate note hidden in the flavor.

BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
The style of beer it represents - nothing crazy here!

BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Clean, malty, caramel goodness.

BC: Do you know a story – or have a personal story – that revolves around this beer?
It was the first beer Starr Hill ever produced back in 1999 and went on to win two silver medals at GABF plus a bronze at the World Beer Cup.

BC: What's a good food pairing for this beer?
I actually love it with popcorn. We also recommend fish and chips, Dubliner cheese and sticky toffee pudding.
