Fulton Brewing Announces Mixed 4-Pack of Barrel-Aged Beers

Fulton Brewing Announces Mixed 4-Pack of Barrel-Aged Beers

Fulton Brewing out of Minneapolis, Minnesota has announced a new format for its barrel-aged beers this year. Instead of debuting them piecemeal throughout the year in large-format 750-ml bottles, the brewery is releasing mixed four-packs of cans, which will showcase all the brewery's barrel-aged offerings at once in easy-to-drink and easy-to-transport containers.

Joining old favorites Libertine (a barrel-aged Imperial Red Ale) and Worthy Adversary (a barrel-aged Imperial Stout) will be Proper Porter, a Baltic Porter aged in barrels. The mixed four-packs will be available in the Minneapolis metro area starting on April, 3rd, but supplies are expected to be extremely limited, so stay tuned for more information from the brewery. The full release from Fulton is below.

COMING SOON: Barrel-Aged Mixed 4pk (of cans!

We had to re-read that back to ourselves too because it's kind of unreal to type. In past years we've released our beloved barrel-aged beers in 750ml bottles sporadically throughout the year to much fanfare. Well, this year, we figured we'd mix it up a bit (literally). Not only with our style selection but with our barrel selections as well. We're taking 3 beers aged 4 different ways and grouping them together in one package for the first time in Fulton's history. Top that off with our move to cans and we think you'll agree this is going to be something special. Many of you will recognize Libertine and Worthy Adversary but new to the B.A. crew this year is our Proper Porter. Also worth mentioning: these are our most limited beers ever packaged (really).  Mixed 4pks will begin to arrive in the metro beginning Tuesday, April 3rd.
