Southern Sky Brewing Co. out of Kennesaw, Georgia has announced the release of a new kettle-soured Berliner Weisse called Son of Icarus. The beer will release to restaurants, bars and retailers for distribution starting on March 26. The citrusy, 4.2 percent ABV brew is perfect for the warmer weather, which is (hopefully) around the corner. The full release from Southern Sky is below.
Kennesaw, Georgia – Southern Sky Brewing Company is harkening in the spring weather with its kettle-soured Berliner Weisse. This delicious sour has citrus notes of tangerine and lemon, giving it a nice, smooth pucker. At an ABV of 4.2%, this is an easy drinking Berliner Weisse, great for a day grilling in the sun or hanging in watching sports. The Son of Icarus Sour will be released for distribution on March 26, 2018, available to restaurants, bars, and other various retailers shortly thereafter.
