BC: Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
Most of our recipes are collaborations and discussions amongst our brewing team.

BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
The best aspect is how we capture that incredible maple flavor and bring it out in the final product. Since we are committed to using only real ingredients (no flavorings or extracts) it made bringing out that flavor even more difficult. In my opinion we nailed it and I am glad our fans think so too!

BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Balanced maple brown ale not too sweet. Fall Beer!

BC: What's a good food pairing for this beer?
Pancakes
