Sun King Raises Nearly One Million For Non-Profits In 2017

Sun King Brewery headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana has announced $932,600 of in-kind and monetary donations in 2017 to support programs for community improvement, the arts, youth development programs and and affordable housing and shelters. After Sun King first opened in 2009, owners and employees wanted to stay true to a variety of causes, including good beer and active community involvement. Here we are in 2017, arguably recognized as Indiana’s beer, having supported over 500 nonprofits throughout Indianapolis. Our core philanthropies throughout the years have focused on community improvement, the arts, youth development programs and affordable housing and shelter. In supporting these philanthropies, Sun King has made close to a million dollars in in-kind and monetary donations. Sun King loves nothing more than to give back to the community that encourages and develops the passions of Hoosiers.
