Coronado's Coastwise Session IPA Wins National IPA Championships Award

Coronado Brewing Co. in Coronado, California has announced that its Coastwise Session IPA won the "Session IPA" category at the National IPA Championships, a four-round, bracket-style tournament of the finest hopped-up IPA styles in the country. Coastwise beat out Fat Head's Brewing Sunshine Daydream clocked in as the runner-up.

Coastwise is a collaboration between Coronado and the Surfrider Foundation and a portion of sales from the beer go to helping to protect coastal communities surrounding the brewery. A short release from Coronado is below.
