Daisy Roots is an English Summer Ale brewed with Pale, Mild, and Caramel malts, Flaked Corn, and Rice. We created a hop profile from first wort to whirlpool with traditional English hops and newer American and Australian varieties. It's a great balance between malt and hops for a thirst quenching summer beer.
