Cabarrus Brewing Co. Exposes Upcoming Beer Releases

Cabarrus Brewing Co. has rolled out upcoming releases in the brewery's beer release schedule starting with a 4.8 percent ABV Session IPA with zero IBUs called Galaxy IPA, which releases this week.

In upcoming weeks, the brewery will release two easy-drinking summertime beers -- a Kolsch and an American Wheat Beer.

June 21st Release:

Galaxy IPA - Part of our Single Hop Experiment Series. Each month we brew the same grain bill and use the same hop schedule for each beer. The only difference between each beer is the featured type of hops used in the brew. We're doing this as a way of showcasing all the different types of flavors that can be derived from individual hop varieties! This month we used Galaxy hops for this IPA brew!

June 28th Release:

Poolside Kolsch - A German style Kolsch brewed with North Carolina grown Pilsen Malt and Appalachian Wheat. We use Citra and Hull Melon hops for hints of citrus, strawberry, and honeydew. Very light and refreshing. Perfect for a hot day at the pool.
ABV: 4.2  IBU - 17

Lyin' in the Sun - This American Wheat Ale is brewed with lactose sugar and aged on vanilla beans, flaked coconut, and florida oranges.
