Brouwerij West Debuts Two New Brews

Brouwerij West out of San Pedro, California has announced the release of two new brews this week.

The first is Buckshot Eyes, a hazy IPA with notes of grapefruit, passion fruit and papaya. The second is Mør Mør, a Belgian Quadrupel brewed with candi sugar, noble hop varietals and Belgian house yeast.

The pinnacle of our Belgian-style obsession, Mør Mør, is a Belgian Quad brewed traditionally simplistic. Using only base malt, Belgian candi sugar, noble hops and our Belgian house yeast, the results culminate into something delicious and complex. Notes of vanilla and anise give way to an onslaught of smooth, velvety caramel and plum.

Much like the label depicts, Buckshot Eyes IPA envokes a psychedelic acid trip of tropical flavors on your tongue. Every sip combines the unique power of Citra, Azacca, El Dorado and Simcoe hops with chit malt, malted barley and flaked barley, to create a full-bodied beer, exploding with notes of papaya, passion-fruit, and grapefruit.
