Arches Brewing Marks Return of Lagerdoodle Milkshake IPL

Arches Brewing in Hapeville, Georgia, which is known for its expertise in pushing the boundaries of what a craft lager can be, has announced the return of another experimental lager beer.

Lagerdoodle Vol. 2 is a Milkshake India Pale Lager that's brewed with blueberries, flaked oats and wheat and double dry hopped with Galena, Mosaic and Styrian Wolf hops.

Mark your calendars for Thursday, December 6th for the return of Lagerdoodle! Brewed with lager yeast, this milkshake-style IPL is bursting with flavors of blackberry and vanilla. For volume two, we added a generous dry-hopping of Galena, Mosaic, and Styrian Wolf to provide even more notes of berry. As if that wasn’t enough, flaked oats and wheat were added to round out the beer’s creamy mouthfeel. While we generally err on the side of tradition, this beer is as untraditional as it gets. Drink fresh and do not leave unattended.
