BC: Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
This beer has been an evolution since the day we opened the brewery. We are always looking for ways to improve our products and this has been a complete team effort to fine tune one of our top-selling beers. 

BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
I love the balance we have struck with this beer, beautiful esters and a depth of hop flavor; this beer has a lot of flavor but finishes crisp with just a touch of sweetness. 

BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Hoppy and refined. Bold and Balanced. 

BC: What's a good food pairing for this beer?
This beer pairs really well with spicy foods; we are drinking it with boiled crawfish!
