Upland Brewing Showcases Spring Seasonals

Upland Brewing Co. out of Bloomington, Indiana has rolled out numerous new releases for the spring season, starting with three sour ales called PawPaw, Cavendish and Boysenberry.

After that, the brewery has debuted the second beer, Squeeze and Thank You, in its new Side Trail Series of rotating experimental releases. This version is a drinkable, juicy American Pale Ale.

Lastly, Two of Tarts Gose will be available later this month and is a kettle-soured Gose brewed with passion fruit and mango.

The full releases from Upland are below.

Spring sour release!

The second sours release of 2018 is one you don't want to miss. A limited quantity will be available to the public to reserve on April 16 - April 22. This release includes Pawpaw, Cavendish, and Boysenberry. For more information about the beers and the new reservation process, learn more here.

Try the 2nd Side Trail release--Squeeze and Thank You

Squeeze and Thank You is reminiscent of freshly squeezed tropical fruit and bold
juicy citrus. It's available on tap at Upland locations and in 4 pk 16 oz cans at our pubs and store shelves. This juicy pale ale is dangerously drinkable, so grab a friend, a 4 pk, and enjoy!

All bets on tropical with Two of Tarts

This beer is one of a series of experiments in the process of kettle souring: fermenting wort in the kettle with lactobacillus prior to boiling in order to create a clean crisp acidity without introducing bacteria into our cellar. This beer was inspired by the traditional German beer style, Gose, a refreshingly tart, sessionable beer brewed with coriander and a hint of salt. Enjoy it on draught and in 6 pk 12 oz cans later this month!
