Pipeworks Brewing Debuts Two Brews

Pipeworks Brewing Co. out of Chicago, Illinois has announced two new brews, starting with a coconut-infused version of its chocolate milk stout, Jones Dog.

The second beer is Something Hoppy This Way Comes, an Imperial IPA brewed with Sorachi Ace hops.

~Coconut Chocolate Milk Stout ~ 
We took our  chocolate milk stout and got all coconutty with it. This beer is tropical, rich, and a welcome sip of chocolate covered sunshine. Coconut Jones Dog is a lower abv but still creamy, decadent, and rich. Get your shades and pour a glass.

~ IIPA brewed with Sorachi Ace hops ~ 
Leave it up to a sinister carney ripped from your nightmares to brew up a hauntingly delicious IIPA. We brew this beer in the early spring, just when we're craving those bright lemon and oak Sorachi Ace hops! We do find that this hop is sort of the cilantro of hops - some like it some hate it, but those who like it - love it. We're in the latter category.
