Nine Pin Ciderworks Releases Pink Lemonade for a Second Year of Summertime Bliss

Nine Pin Ciderworks, New York State’s first farm cidery, is quenching that summertime thirst with the return of their Pink Lemonade cider on May 14.

Back by popular demand, Pink Lemonade is crafted from 100% New York apples and infused with lemons and Citra hops. Fresh-pressed Red Ace beets from Samascott Orchards’ are used to create that signature pink lemonade color. Crafted with care and poured with passion, each sip transports you to memories of picnics in the park, lazy afternoons under the sun, and laughter-filled gatherings with friends.

"We're thrilled to raise a glass to the summer's most anticipated return of our Pink Lemonade for another season," says Alejandro del Peral, co-owner and head cidermaker at Nine Pin. "Last year's response was overwhelmingly positive, and we knew we had to spread more sunshine-in-a-glass this summer. It's the perfect beverage to sip on while basking in the warmth of the season."

Available in 12 oz. cans with an ABV of 6.2%, Pink Lemonade is sure to tantalize taste buds and leave a lasting impression. Whether enjoyed on its own, paired with your favorite barbecue fare, or mixed into a summer cocktail creation, Nine Pin’s Pink Lemonade Cider promises to add a splash of excitement to any occasion.

To celebrate the return of the summer’s most effervescent elixir, Nine Pin will host The Pink Lemonade Carnival on Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., in its newly renovated event space at the cidery. Each 12 oz Pink Lemonade beverage purchase earns the patron two tickets to play various fun-filled carnival games crafted by Nine Pin. Additional tickets may be purchased for $2. Entry to the event is free.

Cider connoisseurs may enjoy Nine Pin’s ciders seven days a week in their Albany Tasting Room, located in the City’s Warehouse district, and from retailers across New York State, Massachusetts and New Jersey, as well as at bars and restaurants who proudly carry Nine Pin products.
