BC: Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
I did (Jeremy) mostly on a whim considering it was our second time using Mosaic… I fell head over heels for that hop from then on.

BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
My favorite aspect is both in its simplicity and complexity.  Its two hops, 2 malts, and the marriage of our ale strain and those ingredients create something that is both intense, but also complex without being overly complicated.

BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
The name comes from a lyric of an awesome song by a favorite singer songwriter documenting the love of a woman… seemed fitting at the time.

BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
Despite its 8% ABV, this is the archetype for most of our DIPA’s and satisfies regardless of the situation, so yeah it plays as my desert island beer.

BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Soft, pungent, tropical dank hazy sunshine.

BC: What's a good food pairing for this beer?
Pairs incredibly well with life, and even better with aged VT extra sharp cheddar drizzled with orange blossom honey… don’t even get me started.
