Michael Mina's StripSteak Reopens December 30 at Mandalay Bay

StripSteak in Las Vegas, Nevada will finally reopen at the end of the month after being remodeled. Full details are below.

Las Vegas (December 14, 2022) – Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino will reopen Chef Michael Mina’s award-winning StripSteak restaurant, in a stylishly reimagined space on December 30.

Guests will have the opportunity to explore a variety of new dishes, or indulge in their favorite selections from StripSteak’s classic menu, in a refreshed interior designed to evoke the surrounding Mojave Desert landscape. Additionally, the venue will feature an expansive new private dining room and specialty cocktail program.

StripSteak, located off the casino floor and adjacent to Aureole, will be open daily from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Reservations are encouraged and can be made by visiting Mandalay Bay online.
