BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)? 
The aroma on this one hooks you. The caramel notes really stand out and invite you to savor your first sip.

BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
This beer was released for our 5 year anniversary event, and the theme was Louisiana Mythical Creatures. Rougarou is one of the most well known local myths in the state, so the name was fitting for our biggest release of the event.

BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
I love this beer, but it's not exactly what I wanted it to be. Plus, barleywine is a bit of a big beer for a desert island.
