Created by Lunar Hard Seltzer, this recipe features their Korean Plum Hard Seltzer, a play on the iconic Korean plum tea, maesil cha.
Ingredients:
0.5 oz whiskey, such as Kavalan Single Malt
0.5 tsp ginger juice (from crushed or grated fresh ginger)
Ice
Ginger, thinly sliced
Directions:
Prepare ginger juice by grating a portion of fresh ginger and squeezing/straining out the juice. Fill a highball glass with ice. Combine the whiskey and ginger juice in a small glass or cocktail shaker and pour down the side of the glass. Top with Lunar Korean Plum Hard Seltzer, pouring down the side of the glass. Garnish with a ribbon on thinly sliced ginger and serve immediately.
