I enjoy how tart and refreshing it is to drink.

BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
The name came from the song Kiss From a Rose from Seal. 

BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
This also could be my desert island beer.

BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Nicely balanced tartness with a floral aroma and salt.

BC: Do you know a story – or have a personal story – that revolves around this beer?
We named this beer after a great night out with other Iowa brewers singing to Kiss from a Rose in a bar. We actually have the face of someone from another brewery on the label.

BC: What's a good food pairing for this beer?
Grilled salmon with black pepper and lemon zest.
