"The Ghost Pirate is the embodiment of Fall. Our bartender Melanie wanted to showcase rum and fall flavors, and we worked off an old tiki cocktail called the "Jet Pilot" for inspiration. Recipe:
1 1/2 oz. House Rum Blend #2
1 oz. Earl Grey-Infused Brandy
1/2 oz. Lemon juice
1/2 oz. Apple-spiced syrup
1/2 oz. Falernum
2 sprays of Angostura/Absinthe spritz
Combine ingredients into shaker tin with cubed ice. Strain into Coupe.
