Funky Buddha Brewery to Host Ice Cream and Beer Pairing

Funky Buddha Brewery in Oakland Park, Florida has announced the date for an Ice Cream and Beer Pairing event this month.

The ice cream and beer pairing will take place on July 19 and combine two delectable treats into one glorious occasion.

The full ice cream and beer pairing menu from Funky Buddha is as follows:

• Rum Barrel-Aged Tiramisu with Strong Coffee - Coffee sweet cream ice cream that is similar to lightly sweetened Cuban coffee
• Key Lime Pie Tart Ale with Mantecado - Cuban vanilla custard with a finish of cinnamon and nutmeg
• Rum Barrel-Aged Batida with Coconut - Sweet cream with chunks of fresh coconut and coconut cream
• Rum Barrel-Aged Pina Colada with Monkey Business - Banana Buttermilk ice cream with Pralined Pecans and a Dulce de Leche swirl
• Mexican Coffee Ice Cream Float with Sweet Cinnamon - Mexican and Ceylon cinnamon blended with sweet cream and brown sugar

Cool off this summer with an all new tasty treat!

We've teamed up with local legends at Wilton Creamery for our first Ice Cream and Beer Pairing on Thursday, July 19th at 7:30 pm. This carefully curated menu includes 5 small batch ice cream selections matched with 5 unique beers to create a stellar culinary experience. Tickets to the tasting are $20 and space is limited.
