BC: Do you know a story – or have a personal story – that revolves around this beer?
We came up with this hazelnut recipe about 20 years ago and people have asked us to bring it back for a few decades now. Lately, we have been returning to our roots and collectively decided to bring this recipe back to our annual seasonal lineup. This English ale imparts the skills, knowledge, wit and experience we’ve gathered along the road less traveled.
BC: What's a good food pairing for this beer?
Our sister company is a brewpub and lately we have been pairing it with beef, grilled vegetables, Southwest flavors and caramel desserts.
