Double Time DIPA, brewed by the Veterans of Back East Brewing Co.

Back East Brewing Co. is excited to introduce you to its newest beer. In honor of Veteran's Day, our very own veterans on our brewing team brewed up a brand spankin' new Double IPA. We're very proud of our own veterans Jon & Drew, and we're excited to share this beer with you, support a great cause, and recognize all those serving in our USA military. 

Double Time is a limited-release DIPA brewed with a special hop blend from Yakima Chief Hops (blended just for Veteran's Day with combination of Simcoe, Loral & Ahtanum hops).  4-packs will be available beginning Friday 11/1 at 4pm, and we'll also have growler fills & draft pours.

This New England-style double IPA is floral and fruity with a medium sharp finish.  $1 from every 4-pack, growler fill, and draft pour will go to the K9s For Warriors Program, which is the nation's largest provider of service dogs for disabled American Veterans.

On Friday we'll have another batch in our rotating fruited Berliner Weisse series, Pineapple Pink Guava Berliner Weisse deliciousness! This traditional Berliner Weisse with added pineapple and pink guava puree will be available Friday 11/1 at 4:00 in our tap room (six-packs, growler fills, and draft pours). We'll have live music from Sue Gallagher, giant pretzels and a limited amount of Gelato Girl IPA (our Ice Cream Man spin-off dry-hopped with Galaxy hops).

Come in, hang out, enjoy a few pints and start your weekend off right!

We'll be open our regular hours this week, including on Halloween.  Please come in your best costume on Thursday and have a pint with Jess and Jaime.  While you're out and about, please make sure to drive safely and keep an eye out for all the little trick-or-treaters.
