TULSA, OK - Doppelbock, a blend of noble hops from the heart of the growing region of Germany, is being introduced at a tapping parties on February 14th at Bricktown Brewery.
Bricktown Brewer, Cory Grey shared that, “Doppelbock is a traditionally strong German lager derived from imported German malt and characterized by a rich and malty sweetness. The brew drink is deceptively smooth for a beer well over 7% ABV and finishes with a slight spiciness that will warm you up on a chilly day.”
Bricktown also brews their own award-winning craft beers, which are ever-changing. Some of their beers include Single-String Stout, Old King Kolsch, Wiley’s One-Eyed Wheat and Bluesberry Ale, to name just a few.
Each restaurant hosts daily afternoon and evening happy hours (hours and offers vary by location).
